I was nervous to start this book because ALL THE LIGHT WE CANNOT SEE holds such a special place in my heart. I was a fool. Cloud Cuckoo Land is equally as mesmerising. Doerr is beyond comparison. I am so grateful he exists and writes books like these that take me to a different place. I don't want to give any spoilers, but I will say, don't worry if the first few chapters confuse you.
